Courageous Sailing is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is made up of outstanding volunteers from various areas of professional and personal backgrounds. The Board hires the Executive Director and is responsible for fiscal oversight, fundraising support, strategic input and operations and programmatic support.
